Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANTHONY (TONY) PORUCHNYK Peacefully, on Wednesday, February 11, 2004, Tony passed away at the Deer Lodge Centre at the age of 78 years. He was predeceased by Gladys Price. A private family funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Memories in Wojciks Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Avenue at Sharp Blvd. Interment will follow in the Military section in Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame Avenue. Special thanks to all the staff on Tower 7 for the exceptional care given to Tony. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tonys memory may be made to the Deer Lodge Foundation (Tower 7), 2109 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3J 0L3.
